Let me just start by saying if you’ve come this far, then look no more you have found the best! I am a 57-year-old female, I am very active, healthy and in fairly decent shape. That being said having carried twins in my early 30s, full-term, took a toll on my bikini stomach and left me with loose skin on my lower abdomen. I have been wanting a tummy tuck to get rid of my baby flap for many years. I also have wanted breast implants for decades. I started researching in earnest a few years ago, and realized it was very important to me to not go under general anesthesia, so I started looking at Vaser Laser Lipo with fat transfer to breast. I was attracted to Elite because they could do the laser, skin tightening and fat transfer to my breast at the same time, in office procedure, using local anesthesia only. I had my first virtual consultation with Vanessa. She instructed me on how to take pictures, upload them to a secure site where she looked at them and we had a long phone consultation. She took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything in detail. I knew that day that I wanted to have this team perform my surgery! I did decide to do my due diligence and continued my research with other surgeons in my own area. Honestly, none came close to comparing. Not one gave me the time and attention that Vanessa gave me in that very first consultation, and none of them were able to perform the same type of Sculpt and Vaser laser with skin tightening and fat transfer IN office, using local anesthetic only. All the others said they could freeze my stomach fat, but none of them could promise that my skin would not end up being looser as a result. I came down for an in office consultation with Vanessa where she again gave me all the time I needed to ask questions get recommendations and pricing, and I felt more like a friend than a client. I booked my procedure date right then and there!Francisco did my pre-op and before pictures, and is so professional and kind that once again I felt very comfortable and right at “home”. Rea retuned many calls, always with that very recognizable ray of sunshine in her voice. She has a way of making you feel beautiful through the phone. Dr. Bonsall met with me and took the time to review the entire process with me in detail to make sure I understood everything and answered all of my questions. He explained what to expect during and after, and best practices in diet and treatment post surgery for optimal results. I left that consultation full of confidence that I had found the best. I can’t stress how important it is to be able to have a Doctor who is willing to put forth the time to explain everything to you so you feel comfortable and understand what’s going to happen. My procedure went smooth; all I remember is being at the spa having my head rubbed the entire time! It was very soothing and I was very comfortable throughout the procedure. I am grateful I found Elite MD. Dr. Bansal has assembled the best team of professionals who are compassionate, kind and caring, who all are passionate about their trade and take pride in their work. Everybody on the team makes you feel like you are a person and that you matter and not just a number or another dollar bill to put in their pocket. They truly make you feel like you’re part of the family. I am now almost at week three and I cannot believe the difference in my body. I feel great, I was able to return to work within a few days, and have had no pain and minimal discomfort. My entire abdomen is flatter. My baby flap and love handles are gone, my breasts are full and round and my smile is big and bright! I feel and look great and am excited and happy to be back in my body and loving it. Bonus: I had a scar from a previous liver surgery that runs down the center of my abdomen; it used to be raised and lumpy and had caused some uneven lumps on my abdomen. That scar is now almost unnoticeable. I highly recommend Dr. Bansal and his entire team.

I chose Elite MD because I wanted to change my appearance. I decided to take a stepping stone and go in for a consultation. I had my consultation with Dr. Bansal, and I loved it. He gave me a variety of options in which I decided was best for me. The procedure I got was breast implants, specifically silicone gel implants. I knew since high school that my breasts weren't going to be bigger than a size A. The purpose of this procedure for me was to feel more sexy, confident, and radiant in my own skin. My surgery has made me feel exactly how I wanted. I feel so much more sexier, confident and comfortable in my new skin. I don't have that same insecurity anymore. I feel like I was a caterpillar going through my metamorphosis and now I am a butterfly. I have come back to Elite MD for scar treatment as well. I would highly recommend scar treatment after surgery. I would refer family and friends to Elite MD. Fat Transfer to Breasts over Existing Implants - I wanted to fill in around my breast implants to give a more natural and soft look. I have wide hips and a narrow waist so I knew more volume would look good with my figure. Dr. Bansal is extremely skilled at fat removal and placement to the breasts. Fat was taken from my arms and the outer thighs. I purposefully gained weight prior to surgery to provide better fat deposits. My arms look great and I have no negative outcomes there. I chose arms because Dr. Bansal explained that the quality of fat was typically high there for retention. I don't store a lot of body fat in my arms so as I get leaner, the muscles become quite pronounced now. I'm not sure if it will look strange at a low body fat percentage. I store a lot of fat in my outer thighs, so taking fat from this area has added a nice shape to my figure. I am prone to cellulite and I have notice a bit of increased cellulite. However, I was warned of this possibility. My breasts have increased about a cup size. They are softer and fuller, but the shape has improved quite a bit. There is a more natural slope and the breasts meet closer in the middle now. The worst side effect that I have gotten are collections of fluid filled cysts. From my research, this happens when breast are dense and there is some excess fluid buildup. They are in the same spot on both breasts which indicates to me that it is pressure related. They are quite uncomfortable but there are treatment options like aspiration. I also got one sebaceous cysts which is from infection under the skin and burst. This has left a red mark and bump that I dislike seeing. In terms of infection, I did find it strange that Dr. Bansal conducted this surgery in the office (not a hospital). This makes the price better, but I did worry a little about infection. I had no necrotic fat tissue which is a relief. I'm unsure if the sebaceous cysts was caused by this. I think it is important to note that I may be genetically prone to cysts. Several of the spots where fat was taken still have some scaring. I am hoping that they will fade. Overall, I am happy with my experience at Elite MD. The staff are very kind, Dr. Bansal went above and beyond in explaining the procedure, and he spent hours with us in post-op and follow-ups in the months following.
