"Dr. Bansal and his entire staff are incredible. I am a male, 75 yr.old, six month post laser liposuction on my stomach, chest and flanks. I am more than satisfied. Dr. Bansel and his administrative assistant, Trisha, made sure I understood the issues and risks of the surgery. He went so far as to contact and speak with my cardiologist. You also get counseled on diet, exercise, etc. Six months down the road he and his staff are still following me. My results are (in my eyes) incredible. "I've been going to Elite MD in Danville for quite some time now. I have had full facial laser hair removal services along with facials with the esthetician on board. I love how sweet and attentive the office staff has always been. I enjoyed my laser hair removal sessions and recommend Dr. Sonia and her team to everyone! My face is clear now and I only have to come in for annual touch ups to maintain the treatments. I loved that during the painful process of the laser, I can control the cooling air that blows on my skin to cancel out any sensation. The process has always been so fast, I'm out of my laser appointments within 30 min! They always offer me a sample of skincare and SPF 50 sunscreen to apply once I'm done with my treatment as well. "I've been on a "journey" most my life-from trauma and some other life challenges- I began healing myself spiritually, a little later in life, but started the process nonetheless .both mentally and physically and in 2010 I was told I had diabetes taking meds and pricking my finger. So , I decided I didn't want to take meds or lose myself to this disease!I began learning to put good nourishing food in my body and it worked- I reversed the diabetes within two years and lost nearly 100lbs, by 2012 my body was feeling really good!! As a result of the weight loss I had a lot of loose skin- I hunted and searched for a DR I could afford and it was a struggle for me-over a period of ten years I saved up and found a DR in Atherton per a friend's recommendation-and decided to roll with it.While I am happy I got my skin removed from front I have had some not so good results from the process.Finding DR B AND VANESSA AND the team I feel like I have a support system and a life line for the rest of my life- since my previous surgery in 2019, I researched someone who could help me with my whole self!! "I received a BBL (back fat transfer only) from Elite MD in December 2022. I’m two months post-op and am quite pleased with the results! Here was my overall experience. Consultation (Oct 2022):I received a consultation in October 2022 for the BBL. I had already done lots of homework and knew exactly what I wanted, but it was good to chat with the doctor live. The consultation was quite procedural as expected.Surgery (Dec 2022):The surgery itself was in the Danville office with Dr. D as the lead. Not much that I can really report other than I wasn’t in any pain. The procedure was local anesthesia, but I felt like I was pretty knocked out for the whole time despite not having general anesthesia. In addition to the actual fat transfer BBL, Elite MD also did a fantastic job of sculpting my back to help create even more curves to emphasize the results of the BBL.Post-Op Care (Dec 2022):Within the first two weeks of surgery I had 2 or 3 check-ins at the Danville office. While the appointments weren’t always on time, once Dr. B was in the room I felt like I had his full attention without the feeling of being rushed. Elite MD also gave me a very prescriptive post-op program that I think is actually what the made the biggest difference in keeping my results. Perhaps the most important part was Rima, Elite MD’s lymphatic massage specialist who can work wonders on moving things in your body to where they need to be.Overall:All this to say that I’m super satisfied with the results and my only regret is not doing this sooner. The surgery was fairly pricey, but I actually received a different consultation estimate at another local provider that was more than double Elite MD’s rate. Yes, there are even cheaper rates if you travel for this type of surgery, but I always felt safe and in good hands during the whole process at Elite MD. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a BBL. In fact, I will likely go back for another fat transfer surgery in the next year or so!"

"I recently had the hybrid mini face lift and some laser resurfacing performed by the dream team - Drs Waterman and Bansal. Before, during and after the procedure they took all the time needed for me to be comfortable with the process and happy with the results. The procedure was performed in their office under local anesthesia which made the post-surgery recovery a breeze. I experienced zero pain and honestly don't remember much after taking some pain/relaxation medication just prior to the surgery. Elite's entire team took very good care of me throughout the process. They made sure that I and my caregiver had all the instructions that we needed before I went home, and right on through the weeks following. This is not the first procedure I've had done at Elite, but it certainly was the most significant. And, based on my prior experiences I was confident and comfortable that I was in the best of hands. I'll continue to use their services and recommend them as I have for years!"

I’m still healing so results are still pending but so far I love what I see. After in depth discussion with Vanessa and Dr Bansal and the hair team I decided to purchase Nutrafol hair vitamins and ordered this from there website . I got the Core for Women’s Balance as this was the correct one for my age group . I take 4 pills a day and have noticed much less shedding and my hair is starting to fill in sections that were getting sparse . They also turned me on to The Capily "her " shampoo and serum for thinning hair . With this system I also get a complimentary led Laser Hair Therapy session . This will aid in increasing blood circulation on my head to improve hair density . Their excellent and extremely knowledgeable hair team suggested that I use all of these modalities .We always think of men having thinning hair but now women are experiencing it more . It’s stressing me out since I’ve always had thick glowing locks of hair !Elite Md has incredible results in Hair Transplants. "Wow, what a surprise! I will make this long follow up story as short as I can. Turns out that I had several deeply imbedded whiteheads that never surfaced and continually became inflamed. Rikki cut the worse one out and it was about 1/4" long, thin and hard. No other doctor or dermatologist looked close enough to give the proper diagnosis. For years I was told nothing could be done. I decided to have deep laser resurfacing done to clear those up and hopefully soften the wrinkles and lines around my mouth, nose and chin. Today was my one month follow up and I’m thrilled with the results. Everyone is amazed at much softer, brighter and healthier my skin is. The bumps at the corners of my mouth are gone. "Wow, what a surprise! I will make this long follow up story as short as I can. Turns out that I had several deeply imbedded whiteheads that never surfaced and continually became inflamed. Rikki cut the worse one out and it was about 1/4" long, thin and hard. No other doctor or dermatologist looked close enough to give the proper diagnosis. For years I was told nothing could be done. I decided to have deep laser resurfacing done to clear those up and hopefully soften the wrinkles and lines around my mouth, nose and chin. Today was my one month follow up and I'm thrilled with the results. Everyone is amazed at much softer, brighter and healthier my skin is. The bumps at the corners of my mouth are gone. I came across the "cool sculpting" video & instantly wanted to schedule a consult, as I would consider I’m a pretty active person just my abdominal area does not seem to go away no matter what I do. "I went to Dr. Bansal and the Elite MD Spa team confused, frustrated and deflated. I have been going to the gym for years, watching my diet and overall trying to be healthy and active. But for some reason I wasn't feeling and seeing the results I strived for. So I bit the bullet and made a consultation appointment to discuss Laser Lipo. Within the first few minutes of meeting Dr. Bansal I knew I was in the right place. His demeanor was calm and the energy in the room was inviting. With the encouragement and advise from the staff and Dr. Bansal, I am learning to change my life, starting with my eating habits. Dr. Bansal continues being supported and keeping me on track. I had my 6 month follow-up check up today and he says I look great, I already know that Because I see it in the mirror and people who know me tell me I look great and that also boosts my self esteem. This has been Life changing for me, gave me back my self esteem and I like the way I feel and the way my clothes fit. I was a candidate for a tummy tuck but decided against it because I didn't want the scarring and went with laser liposuction in the upper and lower abdomen, bra line, flanks, sub axilla, waist line, a bit towards my back since I was under anesthesia and they can't move me over and more recently my arms. I'm very excited with my results. I'm doing my part on eating better and cut back on the toxic foods I was eating and feel and look better now. I'm glad I came to him and his staff for my procedures. Not only are they very reasonably priced, but the staff is great, they do an awesome job, and are very accommodating. I went to another place before this for laser treatments and the results were crap and I always felt like they were in a rush to get me out of there; not here though. Jeff is absolutely AMAZING and I strongly recommend seeing him!!! He has always been polite, courteous, friendly, and very professional. This is not the type of "all business" place to go. They seem to genuinely care about their patients; which is something you don't always see. Any question that I have, he is happy to answer and explain, or give me suggestions if I'm looking for help. "I had a problem 3 months after my eye lid surgery. The left eye did not heal as good and left a little scar that bothers me.On meeting with the doctor, he said muscles differ. He had to add more numb meds during on left, I sleep on that side too. The other eye healed up so nice that you can barely see it. The left...not as good plus I had trouble wearing contacts for awhile dry eye. The doctor offered to do the surgery again and take a little more skin minimizing the scar or do a laser on it to soften it up free. I also did CO2 laser treatment, it looked best 3 months after, my under eyes and crow feet look great still. The skin was great first but back 4 mths later went back to normal. Just my cross to bare.I definatly had a ton of sun damage in before pictures that is gone. I am using retina a and sunscreen always and others think I look so much better. The doctor was nice enough to offer to put me in a clinical program for $750 to and get the face done again and touch up the eye lid scar. Very cutting edge lipo lasers etc available and they do run a lot of specials on them. Last I added $1500 fillers to the smile lines and cheek bones which were supposed to last 8 mths plus. They were gone sooner. I believe thats pretty std. Fillers are a waste in my opinion.. At least I look refreshed till I can afford something more major .Fillers may last longer for others. They go the extra mile to make sure patients are happy and satisfied and the doctor did tell me prior that every body is different. One photo of Patty showed a ton more sagging then me, she responded so well to the CO2 laser with firmness. I hoped for the same but like he said, does not work the same for everyone. I have saggy skin I guess. The staff is nice and they really check you out with getting doctor records and blood work. They give you a ton of paper work to read on the proceedure and the doctor and the nurse spent alot of time prior explaining pros and cons. They spend alot of time after as well w/follow up appts. They invest alot of time in their patients to be sure they get results in keeping your skin and body youthful longer."

I got six sessions at a really good price for full legs. When I first called, the front desk was really accommodating. I didn’t have my first appointment for about three months because of mine and their busy schedules, which was to be expected since the groupon was just released. When I first came in I filled out the appropriate paperwork and the front desk was very nice to me. Also, the place looked CLEAN which made me very happy :)So then Jeff brought me into the room and we started. If you do not like pain, DO NOT get laser hair removal. It is the worst pain I have ever experienced, and I had to bring my boyfriend to the second session to hold my hand. Besides the pain, Jeff was very professional. I didn’t feel uncomfortable with him and he was very informative about the process.Now, to the results. It took several weeks after the first procedure to really notice any. After those few weeks, I noticed HUGE results and was surprised about the progress after only the first session. I have very pale skin, and my hair is jet black. Before the first session, I had 2-3 thick hairs growing out of each follicle. Now I have only one, and some areas without hair. I just had my second session about a week ago, but there is already less hair. Another thing is, the biggest difference is only on my lower legs. On my upper, the hair is light brown and thin. I haven’t noticed any difference there. My suggestion is, if you do not have light skin and dark, thick hair, it’s not worth it.Anyways, even though I have seen several groupons for laser hair removal at other places, I haven’t bought them. I am going to buy more treatments, even at the full price, here because I know it works and I am so comfortable with Jeff. Plus, I know they have quality lasers. I wouldn’t risk going anywhere else."

If you read the reveiws below they do not often mention the medical care or the result of the proceedure. Any office can have an ocassional administrative malfunction. People tend to focus on those experiences. I have been in the office over 20 times for various treatments and have never been treated any way but professional. There has never been a long wait for service and both doctors have always spent quaity time, discussing and explaining expected realistic outcomes. Have we all been going to the same Dr.?I have been a patient for a little over a year and have visited the office for a variety of treatments: botox, acne, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion and Juviderm. I've only had great results and I haven't had any issues at all with anyone there. Actually, the front desk staff (both women) have addressed me by name every time I come in. Even when I've called to ask a question, they've always said my name and asked how my parents were. After I got Botox the first time, one of the assistants called me to check on me and couldn't have been friendlier.The Nurse Practitioner who works the lasers, does Botox injections, etc., has always been wonderful. He's an absolute EXPERT in working the lasers.....I LOVED my results and I think he has so much experience that he works those machines like a pro. I too have bought the Groupon Botox package (one last year and again just about a week ago) and even used the coupon I found in our local "Our Town" mag (She offered $9/unit, unlimited units) and never ever thought Dr. Sonia shorted me (and the Nurse Practitioner injected me too and I never thought he shorted me either). I saw the syringes. Same thing for my Juviderm, she showed me the vial before and after my injection.Dr. Sonia's always been so friendly and sweet with me. And every issue I've had with my skin, she's addressed, given me options, and gave me the results promised. For my acne, specifically, Dr Sonia was the ONLY Dr. who gave me an action plan to attack my adult-onset acne. She printed out a schedule for me which included a morning routine, evening routine, prescription meds to take and apply, etc. It was so organized and I am THRILLED with my RESULTS! My previous Dr kept me on Doxycycline for a YEAR without great results and just said to come back and see her next year (that's why I switched to Dr Sonia). Dr Sonia was the only one to present me with a full action plan to combat my acne and guess what? I am almost acne free today. The plan is really working. These are the best results I've had in 3-years. And regarding her products, for my acne, she recommended her own products AND over the counter stuff (she specifically mentioned Cetaphil and Neutrogena). She never ever tried to sell me anything. I plan to go back for more laser hair removal in March and a check-up on my acne. Next year, I'd like to consult her on that non-invasive lipo as well.I think Dr. Sonia and her staff are incredibly smart and successfully tackled the dermatological issues I presented them. He’s an absolute EXPERT in working the lasers.....I LOVED my results and I think he has so much experience that he works those machines like a pro. I too have bought the Groupon Botox package (one last year and again just about a week ago) and even used the coupon I found in our local "Our Town" mag (She offered $9/unit, unlimited units) and never ever thought Dr. Sonia shorted me (and the Nurse Practitioner injected me too and I never thought he shorted me either). I saw the syringes. Same thing for my Juviderm, she showed me the vial before and after my injection.Dr. Sonia’s always been so friendly and sweet with me. And every issue I’ve had with my skin, she’s addressed, given me options, and gave me the results promised. For my acne, specifically, Dr Sonia was the ONLY Dr. who gave me an action plan to attack my adult-onset acne. She printed out a schedule for me which included a morning routine, evening routine, prescription meds to take and apply, etc. It was so organized and I am THRILLED with my RESULTS! My previous Dr kept me on Doxycycline for a YEAR without great results and just said to come back and see her next year (that’s why I switched to Dr Sonia). Dr Sonia was the only one to present me with a full action plan to combat my acne and guess what? I am almost acne free today. The plan is really working. These are the best results I’ve had in 3-years. And regarding her products, for my acne, she recommended her own products AND over the counter stuff (she specifically mentioned Cetaphil and Neutrogena). She never ever tried to sell me anything. I plan to go back for more laser hair removal in March and a check-up on my acne. Next year, I’d like to consult her on that non-invasive lipo as well.I think Dr. Sonia and her staff are incredibly smart and successfully tackled the dermatological issues I presented them. She referred me to Pam DePianto, Elite MD’s esthetician, and her facials are amazing (I’m going in for a third one tomorrow!). Pam is really knowledgeable and my skin texture has really improved after just two facials, without having to undergo any invasive treatments. I also have seen Jeff Wheaton, the laser RN, for rosacea - again with positive results. The office staff is great - they followed up with me the day after the laser procedure to make sure I was doing well. I’ve purchased a few of their products, all of which work really well. "04/05/2011 I interviewed a number plastic surgeons in other parts of the Bay Area and San Francisco and am very glad I chose Dr. Bansal and his excellent, personable staff at Elite MD for my procedures which took place in late December of 2010. I had a mini-lift to improve my neck and chin. A laser was used on eyelids, around the eye and mouth area to minimize wrinkles, remove a cheek scar and some unsightly age spots on my face.Results: I couldn't be happier. My neck and chin result are incredible and Dr. Bansal's pride and joy. Wrinkles are gone and/or diminished around eye and mouth areas. Scar on cheek and age spots are gone. Skin texture is much improved.Other benefits: On an initial visit, I was able to speak with and question another patient who had the same procedures I was contemplating. She looked fantastic and looked about 20 years younger than her actual age. As a woman in my 60's, a local anesthetic was used rather than a general which made me less anxious about the surgery which went well and was relatively comfortable. Choosing a local practice turned out to be a wise decision since it was more convenient for the post-op and follow-up appointments to be close to home.
