"i went to Elite MD for fillers for my face and under my eyes due to hollowness, and also got lip fillers . I was so lucky and fortunate to have Dr. Sonia Badreshia-Bansal do the proceedure . There's no question that having a professional and experienced practioner like Dr. Bansal who absolutely addressed the concerns I have about the loss of volume in my face and underneath my eyes . I am so thankful and happy with my results and highly recommend Elite MD MedSpa and Plastic Surgery center for facial rejuvination / fillers . This place is so amazing . "I am 4 weeks post op of my second revision procedure at elite. My back story is... I had terrible surgeries done at a different plastic surgeon 2 years ago. When I found elite I was so self conscious and embarrassed. I was depressed. What had happened to me had affected my entire family. I felt that this was my fault and could not be fixed.To start, everyone at elite has been kind and caring. The woman who answered the phone on that first day i called listed to my story and directed me in the right direction. My first surgery was with Dr. House the facial plastic surgery specialist. I have written a review and told my story about how wonderful my experience was with him. That was 8 months ago . Then i was directed to see Dr. Bansal to fix my body issues. Dr. Bansal is direct and to the point, knowledgeable about all around health and most importantly an astonishing surgeon. I appreciated him sharing his information with me, because I do want to be the best person I can be on the inside and out. He did a vaser liposuction revision on my entire front torso . I look beautiful. There is literally no fat , extremely well contoured, fixed my "dog ears" without having to do incisions , many doctors told me that wasn't possible. He did it all with vaser. you can even see my muscles, and i did this awake and comfortable... of course i was orally sedated, but no pain. He is a master at that vaser . I will be getting my full back done, arms and breast lift revision with Dr. Bansal in the future. I love that they have lymphatic massages after all procedures. Reyna is the best! . They literally have everything you need to have the best outcome and maintaining health and results. Also my husband sees the dermatology department and is pleased. There is many great things in could say about elite and Dr. Bansal , but I've already wrote too much. Outcome is I am happy, confident, smiling and wearing crop tops ! "Vaserliposuction with J-Plasma Renuvion.This was my second surgery with Elite MD. First one was over 10 years ago and I was extremely satisfied with results.I am now three weeks+ since surgery and see dramatic improvement in my stomach/abdomen area. The office follow-up has been very helpful. The lymphatic massages twice a week and aftercare appointments have improved the texture of my abdomen and Rema is a very skilled masseuse. "I could not be more pleased with the results - My case was not run of the mill. I was looking to do a revision on my gynecomastia as well as abdominal lipo suction. Dr. Bansal took the time to fully evaluate my case and guide me through the options. He recommended surgical correction for my gynecomastia and the HD lipo to get the chiseled look I was hoping for. I could not be more pleased with the results. The surgery went off without a hitch and really showcased his strong artistic skills. To top it off, I also had the Renuvion skin tightening procedure done to really get everything nice and snatched. "My experience with Elite MD was phenomenal. I had Lipo done in my stomach area and my Fufa and I had fat transfer to my hip dips and a little bit to my buttocks. The surgery went so well that I recommended two people and I one of them have already had work done, and the other one is in the process of getting work done. The staff is so professional and so polite. I would recommend you check this particular office out for any type of cosmetic or plastic surgery my experience was just a transformation like no other. "Exceptional! Lipo, fat removal on upper arm with fat transfer to my hip dips - My journey with this doctor and his staff was absolutely amazing my journey I went in going to have Lipo done on my stomach and my Fufa and I had fat removal from my upper arm with my braces that and I also had a fat transfer to my hip dips. My transformation is phenomenal. Everything that I asked for was done. The doctor himself is such a pleasure and make you feel so comfortable when he is explaining to you what will transition once he is done with sculpturing my entire front part of the body and my hip dips I would recommend and have recommended to people and they have had their work done and are very happy and satisfied at the results. He has helped me also to change my diet, and eating habits I eat more healthy. "I have had a multiple services with Elite MD. Lymphatic Massage, Facials and Injectibles. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and I always appreciate that. I can usually get in on my lunch break, and the service is always fast, friendly and factual, which I also appreciate. I got a tiny bruise from Dysport, but totally worth it, I took their recommendation and used an arnica cream and it went away quick. I will now switch to daxxify since they have it and it lasts longer. They also have an amazing surgical staff and I am scheduled for a consult for their facial plastic surgeon who gets incredible natural-looking results. Highly recommend."

"Beautiful & aesthetically pleasing breast augmentation results - After having 4 beautiful children, whom I proudly breast fed for 14 months each, I wanted to do something for myself. I went in with pseudo ptosis. I would have ordinarily required a lift in addition to the augmentation. Dr. Bansal was able to preform beautiful and aesthetically pleasing results. Dr. Bansal is brilliant and has an artistic eye that is second to none! His pre op prep work drastically decreased swelling and bruising. His prompt follow up and awesome staff are knowledgeable and friendly."
"Elite is True to Name! I am more confident and my clothes fit amazingly - Let me start by saying this: I took about six months to write this review to make sure that it was comprehensive and addressed at least six months of my experience with Dr. Bansal & the team at Elite. From the moment I walked in the door, Tricia was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and she really made me feel at ease with my consultation. I explained to her that I already had a consultation at a major medical company, and they advised that I needed to lose 20lbs before they would do a tummy tuck. I was feeling discouraged. Tricia gave me comfort by letting me know that I didn’t need that procedure. This was great news because I was at Elite for info on the vaser liposuction procedure after seeing those commercials over and over. Lol. I had a complete consultation, paid my deposit, and left with my surgery date on the books!I spoke with Dr. Bansal for my pre-op by phone and he assured me that he would take care of me like family. He knew I was concerned about what the other surgeon told me about losing weight as well as potential complications from having sickle cell disease. I found relief in the honesty/transparency from Dr. Bansal. He advised that I did not need a fully invasive procedure like a tummy tuck, and he was confident in his ability to achieve my desired outcome with minimal downtime and minimal scarring. He was so confident that he even offered to do the tummy tuck if I was not satisfied with the results minus the price I was already paying for vaser lipo. On my surgery date, I already had all of my necessary medications and was relaxed prior to starting the procedure. The procedure was completed on an outpatient basis, and I went home to rest immediately after. I followed the doctors orders with regards to diet, limiting physical exercise, and even watching certain documentaries. I returned for my first post-op lymphatic massage with Rema and I was surprised at the results after just a few days. The pinch test was no joke! Fast forward to today and I just completed my fourth lymphatic massage with Rema (I didn’t follow the exact scheduling recommendation initially) and I am mesmerized by the results. I am more confident and my clothes fit amazingly well, accentuating my curves. I could not have given myself a better birthday gift. pI am really big on self-care and would only recommend a provider that understands holistic health care and treating the whole person. Elite absolutely lives up to their name. I would highly recommend the this dynamic team to anyone seeking cosmetic or dermatological services."

As a result of the weight loss I had a lot of loose skin- I hunted and searched for a DR I could afford and it was a struggle for me-over a period of ten years I saved up and found a DR in Atherton per a friend's recommendation-and decided to roll with it.While I am happy I got my skin removed from front I have had some not so good results from the process.Finding DR B AND VANESSA AND the team I feel like I have a support system and a life line for the rest of my life- since my previous surgery in 2019, I researched someone who could help me with my whole self!! Growing up with Indian skin, I always had hyperpigmentation and became super insecure about it in my early teens. I began to think I would live with it forever, however, a few facials later with Linda, and it's completely gone. "Amazing Results with an Excellent Staff! - I’m a 42 year old Asian male that really struggled with unhealthy habits during the pandemic. I was looking for a reset and needed to get back in shape and lose around 10-15 pounds. I had a previous consultation for laser lipo at another place prior to coming to Elite MD, and I’m so glad I decided to come here instead! From the initial consult to the post op treatments, everyone has been amazing. The deciding factor for me was after meeting Dr. Bansal for the first time, he really put me at ease and explained things about the procedure that I didn’t even think of, for example, he specializes in ethnic skin and that was not even something I considered. I was presented with multiple options for treatment and did not feel pressured to pick one over the other, it was left entirely up to me and what I wanted to achieve, which I really appreciated. Both procedures were thoroughly explained, and I ended up choosing vaser lipo for my upper and lower abs, and flanks. Consultation (Oct 2022):I received a consultation in October 2022 for the BBL. I had already done lots of homework and knew exactly what I wanted, but it was good to chat with the doctor live. I have always talked myself out of it with the, "it's too expensive", "I don't want to be under anesthesia" and "It's fine the way it is". What I learned was that it was affordable with the financing options, I did not have to go under general anesthesia, and it was perfectly tolerable for me to be sedated for a quick procedure. I met with the consultant for Liposuction with JPlasma skin tightening, and she was lovely and informative. I had some follow up questions and she took my call right away and was able to help me. Then I got to meet with Crystal and Dr. Bansal and they are so easy to talk to and came up with an action plan that was right for me. I was a little nervous the day of, but the awesome nurses at Elite MD put me at ease and got me comfortable right away. I was so impressed with the level of care, it is so different from any other practice I went to over the years. After the surgery, I went home and slept for the rest of the night with zero discomfort. My 20 year old daughter was able to care for me and help with drains, food and helping me walk around a bit. Overall, an extremely educational experience, the most caring doctors and staff - the best in their field!9 years ago I was decently fit, running 5k’s, and working my way up to a 10k. As life happens, over this time, several changes occurred in succession. I injured my ankle during the last 5k, diagnosed with breast cancer (currently a survivor after lumpectomy), suffered a miscarriage, went through menopause and too many other life-altering adventures to list. That being said having carried twins in my early 30s, full-term, took a toll on my bikini stomach and left me with loose skin on my lower abdomen. I did decide to do my due diligence and continued my research with other surgeons in my own area. Honestly, none came close to comparing. Not one gave me the time and attention that Vanessa gave me in that very first consultation, and none of them were able to perform the same type of Sculpt and Vaser laser with skin tightening and fat transfer IN office, using local anesthetic only. All the others said they could freeze my stomach fat, but none of them could promise that my skin would not end up being looser as a result. I came down for an in office consultation with Vanessa where she again gave me all the time I needed to ask questions get recommendations and pricing, and I felt more like a friend than a client. I booked my procedure date right then and there!Francisco did my pre-op and before pictures, and is so professional and kind that once again I felt very comfortable and right at “home”. I am grateful I found Elite MD. Dr. Bansal has assembled the best team of professionals who are compassionate, kind and caring, who all are passionate about their trade and take pride in their work. Everybody on the team makes you feel like you are a person and that you matter and not just a number or another dollar bill to put in their pocket. "* 3 months post procedure ** I am now 3 months post-op, and although I'm still in the early healing stages, I am happy with my results this far. I am so appreciative of how Dr.B set very realistic expectations from the start and how he gave me the tools to help set me up for the most successful outcome possible. One thing I kept reminding myself during the recovery is that he always reminded me of the 1/3 rule after my procedure. 1/3 of the outcome is based on the surgeons work, 1/3 is based on the patients postop care, and the last 1/3 is the universe and how your body responds to the procedure. "Dr. Bansal performed vaser lipo and J-plasma (renuvion) on my inner thighs, outer thighs, inner knees and flanks about five months, and I could not be more thrilled with the results and my overall experience. To provide some background, I am a 37 year old female. I am fairly slim and athletic (5'10", ~137lb), but have some problem areas that bothered me my whole life that I was unable to slim down through diet and exercise, namely my thighs, which were disproportionately large compared to my slim upper body. Part of the problem was loose skin, especially in my inner thighs. The loose skin was a result of having lost a lot of weight as a teenager - the most I weighed was 210-215lb, at age 17. While my skin retracted well when I first lost the weight gradually through diet/exercise, it began to lose elasticity with time, making my inner thighs unsightly. I first attempted to do something about my problem a couple years ago, when I saw a doctor in San Francisco, who performed laser liposuction on my inner and outer thighs. The doctor convinced me that she could get rid of the excess fat I had in the region while tightening the skin using a laser. I was underwhelmed by the results of the procedure, which left my thighs uneven, unsymmetric (one thigh was noticeably bigger than the other) and with even more loose skin. Moreover, the doctor took out almost no fat, meaning I actually looked worse as a result of the procedure - my thighs were still big, but were now uneven and with more loose skin. I began to question whether it's possible to correct the problem with my thighs without doing a highly invasive procedure (thigh lift) but decided to see Dr. Bansal for a free consultation. During my consultation, I was told about vaser and J-Plasma, and decided to go with it after researching it a bit myself and realizing it was exactly what was needed to improve my problem areas without doing a thigh lift. The staff in Dr. Bansal's office were all incredibly helpful and responsive, especially Tricia Starke, the patient coordinator. She generally responded within an hour to any message I sent her and was very knowledgeable about the procedures I was getting, what recovery would be like, etc. Tricia even helped me find a caregiver to care for me after my procedure when I was having difficulty finding someone myself. I could not believe how much time and effort she spent on this - it went way beyond anything I was expecting, and the caretaker was great. The procedure and recovery for me were a breeze. The procedure was done under local anesthesia. In addition to being given medication to help you relax and manage pain before the procedure, you are offered laughing gas during the procedure to make you feel more comfortable. This worked wonderfully. I did not take any of the pain meds I was prescribed after the procedure as I did not feel I needed them. I had some mild soreness for a few days if I was moving around, and no pain at all while sitting / lying down. I suggest following the doctor's recommendation to get lymphatic massage following the vaser / J-Plasma. I had this done a few times within the first 3 weeks of my procedure, and I feel it greatly helped with swelling, bruising and overall healing. Following the procedure, Tricia made sure to check in on me several times to make sure I was feeling and recovering OK. Again, I was not expecting this level of involvement / care. Five months out, I cannot believe my results, which are still supposed to improve further. My saddle bags are gone, so that I can wear pants without long sweaters over them to hide my thighs, and shorts for the first time since I was a teenager. I have a thigh gap. The lumpiness and unevenness I had is gone, and the skin on my thighs is much tighter."

"Skinny/mini BBL - very natural but visible results - Dr.B and staff are amazing. Dr.B is fully transparent about realistic results. I got vaser lipo and Jplasma on my back, and the little fat I had, transferred to my but. Very natural but visible results.Updated on 26 Jan 2023:Somehow my review got published without me finishing. Here is the rest of my review.I'm around 4 months post op and now seeing more of the permanent results as the swelling has subsided. The fat in my hips didn't survive (which can be common), but majority of fat transferred to my but, did, which I'm happy about. As mentioned, I didn't have much fat to begin with, so I'm grateful to see a a subtle, but noticeable difference. I had some lose skin from weight loss which is why I opted for the jplasma. I can see a small difference so far, but I know it can take up to 6 months to see the full result. Another thing I was very nervous about is the hard lumps and bumps you see a lot of people complain about after lipo. I do not have any! I'm sure some of this has to do with me being consistent in getting my amazing lymphatic massages (Linda is amazing), but it really has a lot to do with the surgeons technique. Lastly, I want to emphasize the top notch, family oriented service you get as soon as you step foot into the practice. From the initial consult, to my post-op appointments, I am always treated with respect and feel like family. "After much research and other Dr consultations, I decided to have my mastopexy (lift) and replace my previous implants with Dr. Bansal. I also decided to get Vaser Liposuction. My wife signed up for an onsite consult and was immediately impressed by the clinic, the staff, and Dr. Bansal. She told me about it and I scheduled an onsite consult for myself.
