"I am 4 weeks post op of my second revision procedure at elite. My back story is... I had terrible surgeries done at a different plastic surgeon 2 years ago. When I found elite I was so self conscious and embarrassed. I was depressed. What had happened to me had affected my entire family. I felt that this was my fault and could not be fixed.To start, everyone at elite has been kind and caring. The woman who answered the phone on that first day i called listed to my story and directed me in the right direction. My first surgery was with Dr. House the facial plastic surgery specialist. I have written a review and told my story about how wonderful my experience was with him. That was 8 months ago . Then i was directed to see Dr. Bansal to fix my body issues. Dr. Bansal is direct and to the point, knowledgeable about all around health and most importantly an astonishing surgeon. I appreciated him sharing his information with me, because I do want to be the best person I can be on the inside and out. He did a vaser liposuction revision on my entire front torso . I look beautiful. There is literally no fat , extremely well contoured, fixed my "dog ears" without having to do incisions , many doctors told me that wasn't possible. He did it all with vaser. you can even see my muscles, and i did this awake and comfortable... of course i was orally sedated, but no pain. He is a master at that vaser . I will be getting my full back done, arms and breast lift revision with Dr. Bansal in the future. I love that they have lymphatic massages after all procedures. Reyna is the best! . They literally have everything you need to have the best outcome and maintaining health and results. Also my husband sees the dermatology department and is pleased. "Beautiful & aesthetically pleasing breast augmentation results - After having 4 beautiful children, whom I proudly breast fed for 14 months each, I wanted to do something for myself. I went in with pseudo ptosis. I would have ordinarily required a lift in addition to the augmentation. Dr. Bansal was able to preform beautiful and aesthetically pleasing results. "Life Changing - a journey to health and wholeness - In August 2022 I went into Elite MD to get information about breast augmentation surgery… I did not have an appointment nor did I expect to meet Dr. Bansel, he was coming out of surgery and the young lady introduced us snd said o want to get breast surgery, I know he was tired and I can’t really tell you why he felt the need to talk with me, but he says cone in my office and key me look at you… As I explained why I wanted breast surgery, he asked me about the fat and inflammation around my abdominal, I told him I knew it was bad and I would love to get a tummy tuck but I couldn’t afford one, I had 3 c-sections and the muscles need to be reattached, he shared with me the Vasor lipo procedure and ask me to consider it before the breast surgery, due to the unhealthy fat around my stomach… I had never heard of that (yes I have heard of lipo) However I didn’t think it would make a difference for me… however I left there with a new found hope, not to have a wash board stomach but to start a journey to health and wholeness… needless to say I opted for the lipo surgery and it was one of the best decisions I have made, not for the results which are great, but because I have a found hope for health..but it’s been after the in office procedure that had helped me the most ..Dr. Bansel did not know that I lost my mother in march and my youngest son in July 2019 and I have been struggling with depression and anxiety since then.. when we had our post op consultation he told me that 80 percent of my belly fat was from cortisol (the stress hormone) and that we were going to work together to help me get healthy… all I could do during the consultation was cry, I’m not even sure to this day he knows why, I had never met a Dr. And his staff to not only be too on their field but to actually care about their patients and not be about the bottom dollar.. "* 3 months post procedure ** I am now 3 months post-op, and although I'm still in the early healing stages, I am happy with my results this far. I am so appreciative of how Dr.B set very realistic expectations from the start and how he gave me the tools to help set me up for the most successful outcome possible. One thing I kept reminding myself during the recovery is that he always reminded me of the 1/3 rule after my procedure. 1/3 of the outcome is based on the surgeons work, 1/3 is based on the patients postop care, and the last 1/3 is the universe and how your body responds to the procedure. This was great to remember during the healing process, and it kept me on track. I had a breast Aug with another PS a couple years ago, and I am still amazed how different EliteMd is. From their amazing family culture, maintaining good patient relationships, and their awesome bedside manner. I'm sure we can all agree that we typically only see the plastic surgeon once, maybe twice, if you're lucky. That is NOT how it is at EliteMD. I met with Dr.B before making my deposit, and he Zoom called me a week before my procedure. I then saw him the day of my procedure, and two times after at my post ops. This is unreal, considering how busy he and this practice are. When I first met Dr.B, I remember him telling me we are now family, and he truly followed through with his statement. I feel so comfortable talking to him and asking any questions I have regarding my results, and KNOWING he has my best interest at heart and truly wants me to be happy. This is irreplaceable. Another thing that is so different is ALL staff at this practice are so happy when you walk in the door. They make it a point to remember your name and are always so happy to see you. The management team is the sweetest, and they make it known that they truly care about your experience. I honestly look forward to my appointments here. Vanessa is truly amazing. She was there for me when I had questions throughout my healing, and it is such a great resource to have. "Let me just start by saying if you’ve come this far, then look no more you have found the best! I am a 57-year-old female, I am very active, healthy and in fairly decent shape. That being said having carried twins in my early 30s, full-term, took a toll on my bikini stomach and left me with loose skin on my lower abdomen. I have been wanting a tummy tuck to get rid of my baby flap for many years. I also have wanted breast implants for decades. I started researching in earnest a few years ago, and realized it was very important to me to not go under general anesthesia, so I started looking at Vaser Laser Lipo with fat transfer to breast. I was attracted to Elite because they could do the laser, skin tightening and fat transfer to my breast at the same time, in office procedure, using local anesthesia only. I had my first virtual consultation with Vanessa. She instructed me on how to take pictures, upload them to a secure site where she looked at them and we had a long phone consultation. She took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything in detail. I knew that day that I wanted to have this team perform my surgery! I did decide to do my due diligence and continued my research with other surgeons in my own area. Honestly, none came close to comparing. Not one gave me the time and attention that Vanessa gave me in that very first consultation, and none of them were able to perform the same type of Sculpt and Vaser laser with skin tightening and fat transfer IN office, using local anesthetic only. All the others said they could freeze my stomach fat, but none of them could promise that my skin would not end up being looser as a result. I came down for an in office consultation with Vanessa where she again gave me all the time I needed to ask questions get recommendations and pricing, and I felt more like a friend than a client. I booked my procedure date right then and there!Francisco did my pre-op and before pictures, and is so professional and kind that once again I felt very comfortable and right at “home”. Dr. Bonsall met with me and took the time to review the entire process with me in detail to make sure I understood everything and answered all of my questions. He explained what to expect during and after, and best practices in diet and treatment post surgery for optimal results. I left that consultation full of confidence that I had found the best. I can’t stress how important it is to be able to have a Doctor who is willing to put forth the time to explain everything to you so you feel comfortable and understand what’s going to happen. My procedure went smooth; all I remember is being at the spa having my head rubbed the entire time! It was very soothing and I was very comfortable throughout the procedure. I am grateful I found Elite MD. Dr. Bansal has assembled the best team of professionals who are compassionate, kind and caring, who all are passionate about their trade and take pride in their work. Everybody on the team makes you feel like you are a person and that you matter and not just a number or another dollar bill to put in their pocket. They truly make you feel like you’re part of the family. I am now almost at week three and I cannot believe the difference in my body. I feel great, I was able to return to work within a few days, and have had no pain and minimal discomfort. My entire abdomen is flatter. My baby flap and love handles are gone, my breasts are full and round and my smile is big and bright! I feel and look great and am excited and happy to be back in my body and loving it. Bonus: I had a scar from a previous liver surgery that runs down the center of my abdomen; it used to be raised and lumpy and had caused some uneven lumps on my abdomen. "After much research and other Dr consultations, I decided to have my mastopexy (lift) and replace my previous implants with Dr. Bansal. I also decided to get Vaser Liposuction. From my first consultation with Tricia, who was very understanding and helpful in walking me through my options, to all the other staff I came in contact with, everyone has been helpful. Many even shared thier own experiences with procedures they had. Everyone was open to answering all my questions. When I met with Dr. Bansal ( two times before surgery ), he was candid about the results I may get and discussed my options. Before surgery, I was given clear instructions and a guide to cleaner eating. On the day of surgery, Dr. Bansal arrived on time and discussed exactly how the surgery would go. "Fat Transfer to Breasts over Existing Implants - I wanted to fill in around my breast implants to give a more natural and soft look. I have wide hips and a narrow waist so I knew more volume would look good with my figure. Dr. Bansal is extremely skilled at fat removal and placement to the breasts. Fat was taken from my arms and the outer thighs. I purposefully gained weight prior to surgery to provide better fat deposits. My arms look great and I have no negative outcomes there. I chose arms because Dr. Bansal explained that the quality of fat was typically high there for retention. I don't store a lot of body fat in my arms so as I get leaner, the muscles become quite pronounced now. I'm not sure if it will look strange at a low body fat percentage. I store a lot of fat in my outer thighs, so taking fat from this area has added a nice shape to my figure. I am prone to cellulite and I have notice a bit of increased cellulite. However, I was warned of this possibility. My breasts have increased about a cup size. They are softer and fuller, but the shape has improved quite a bit. There is a more natural slope and the breasts meet closer in the middle now. The worst side effect that I have gotten are collections of fluid filled cysts. From my research, this happens when breast are dense and there is some excess fluid buildup. They are in the same spot on both breasts which indicates to me that it is pressure related. They are quite uncomfortable but there are treatment options like aspiration. I also got one sebaceous cysts which is from infection under the skin and burst. This has left a red mark and bump that I dislike seeing. In terms of infection, I did find it strange that Dr. Bansal conducted this surgery in the office (not a hospital). This makes the price better, but I did worry a little about infection. I had no necrotic fat tissue which is a relief. I'm unsure if the sebaceous cysts was caused by this. I think it is important to note that I may be genetically prone to cysts. Several of the spots where fat was taken still have some scaring. I am hoping that they will fade. Overall, I am happy with my experience at Elite MD. The staff are very kind, Dr. Bansal went above and beyond in explaining the procedure, and he spent hours with us in post-op and follow-ups in the months following."

Elite MD in Danville is the place to go for more than just surgery but a complete body transformation!! They have specific doctors that specialize in different procedures, this is a great thing because they do these practices over and over again with grand results!! When I was researching whom to go to, I never found a review to make me feel confident whom to choose. I chose Elite MD because my friend got a mommy make over and I was blown away!! Results amazing!! Her results are obviously what won me over rather than reading 4-5 star reviews on websites regarding other surgeons whom I didn’t even know. My friend was that 5 star result and now so am I! The thing here is that it’s not just a surgical procedure; you will be getting but a whole body transformation!!! A body transformation is the results because I learned about the type of body fat I had and why!! That’s because my surgeon knows a great combo of medications during surgery and also some numbness may stay as a result of a tummy tuck. Hardest part is to tell your body to stand up straight but that could all just be a mental challenge really. Learning breathing techniques stretching and learning to eat clean or deleting inflammatory foods prior to surgery is ideal and this is what elite MD teaches and provides resources to you as well!! Just DO NOT treat yourself like your sick or you have a disability and do all the instructions given, nothing less or nothing more!! Always do what is advised, I believe this is what has given me great results at a fast pace! You can call the the office at ANYTIME with questions and concerns and staff will get you the right person to speak with! They don’t make you feel stupid, rushed, or just like a "surgical case" if anyone knows what I mean! I’m always looking forward to my visits although I come from a distance. All my questions are answered thoroughly and with patience. Office environment totally feels like home and staff is so nice, funny and make you feel like family!! "Wanted to Look and Feel More Like a Woman. - I knew at a young age that my breasts weren't going to be as big as I wanted them to be. I waited until I was fully developed before making the decision to go under the knife. I wanted to be seen more as a woman, than as a child because of my small frame. I initially thought about getting saline implants, but decided on silicone implants. It was the best decision of my life, I absolutely love my boobs. They could not have come out better. "I initially began contemplating breast augmentation surgery two years ago. I have two children--currently age 6 and 3. Two pregnancies, and the subsequently two years of nursing, wreaked havoc on my breasts. I had never been large breasted. At my biggest, I was a solid B-cup, however, post babies, I was essentially a negative cup. I had no breast tissue left and was basically a bit of droopy skin.When my youngest child was 1 1/2, I began researching doctors for breast augmentation surgery. I wanted to go VERY natural--ideally back to my B-cup and no bigger. I have a small stature, so large breasts would not fit my frame. In addition, I am a very athletic and fitness focused person. I did not want large breasts to impede my life style. I simply wanted to feel feminine again, instead of feeling like I had pecs. I wanted to fill out a swim suit without having to buy additional padding and have it sewn in.I met with a well-respected (and highly recommended) doctor in Walnut Creek. Immediately, I felt uncomfortable with him. While he was perfectly professional, he insisted I needed to go bigger than I wanted. He even said, "There is no point in having the surgery if you don't go to at least a C cup". He did not understand my desire to stay on the small side, nor my active lifestyle. I knew I would never feel comfortable with him performing surgery on me. I decided that breast augmentation was not for me.However, a year later, I was still thinking about it. I knew I wouldn't be having any more children, and I was becoming increasingly unsatisfied with my chest. I was already a client at Elite MD for their dermatology services, so I decided to do a consult with Dr. Bansal. IMMEDIATELY, I felt so comfortable with him. He and I were completely on the same page regarding my surgery. He understood my desire to go natural, and was fully supportive of that. He agreed that overly large breasts would not look appropriate on my body type. Everything he said made me feel more comfortable with him. In addition, his entire staff was supportive and amazing. We went ahead with the surgery in early November. As expected, I was worried about the recovery. However, everything went amazingly. I had the surgery on a Monday morning; by Wednesday (of the same week) I was off ALL prescription pain pills--only using Aleve. I had zero bruising, and was functioning fully by Thursday of the same week. I had very minimal pain! My husband and I were both shocked by how easy the recovery was! If I had known how easy and painless it was with Dr. Bansal, I would have done it a year ago!I am now 5 weeks out of surgery, and am SO happy with my decision. Because Elite MD is a teaching hospital, Dr. Bansal is able to order multiple sizes of implants. This is important because in surgery he is able to see how your body looks with each size. Most surgeons in the area do not have this option. Dr. Bansal and his entire staff have been amazing during my recovery. I have met with them many times, and am able to call or email with any questions. Elite MD also includes scar therapy with your surgery. I have now begun that process so that I will have minimal to no scaring.I cannot tell a person whether or not to have breast augmentation surgery. That is a well thought out decision for you to make. However, if you are even thinking about it - specifically if you want a very natural look--you should DEFINITELY meet with Dr. Bansal for a consult. He is so amazingly supportive and brilliant at what he does. I cannot recommend him highly enough."

I wanted to fill out a swim suit without having to buy additional padding and have it sewn in.I met with a well-respected (and highly recommended) doctor in Walnut Creek. Immediately, I felt uncomfortable with him. While he was perfectly professional, he insisted I needed to go bigger than I wanted. He even said, “There is no point in having the surgery if you don’t go to at least a C cup”. He did not understand my desire to stay on the small side, nor my active lifestyle. I knew I would never feel comfortable with him performing surgery on me. I decided that breast augmentation was not for me.However, a year later, I was still thinking about it. I knew I wouldn’t be having any more children, and I was becoming increasingly unsatisfied with my chest. I was already a client at Elite MD for their dermatology services, so I decided to do a consult with Dr. Bansal. IMMEDIATELY, I felt so comfortable with him. If I had known how easy and painless it was with Dr. Bansal, I would have done it a year ago!I am now 5 weeks out of surgery, and am SO happy with my decision. Because Elite MD is a teaching hospital, Dr. Bansal is able to order multiple sizes of implants. This is important because in surgery he is able to see how your body looks with each size. Most surgeons in the area do not have this option. Dr. Bansal and his entire staff have been amazing during my recovery. I have met with them many times, and am able to call or email with any questions. Elite MD also includes scar therapy with your surgery. I have now begun that process so that I will have minimal to no scaring.I cannot tell a person whether or not to have breast augmentation surgery. That is a well thought out decision for you to make. However, if you are even thinking about it – specifically if you want a very natural look—you should DEFINITELY meet with Dr. Bansal for a consult. "I chose Elite MD because I wanted to change my appearance. I decided to take a stepping stone and go in for a consultation. I had my consultation with Dr. Bansal, and I loved it. He gave me a variety of options in which I decided was best for me. The procedure I got was breast implants, specifically silicone gel implants. I knew since high school that my breasts weren't going to be bigger than a size A. The purpose of this procedure for me was to feel more sexy, confident, and radiant in my own skin. "Tummy Tuck & Lipo to Flank&bra-line- Part 2 of my Transformation Journey - Danville, CA - For years I've wanted a Tummy Tuck. In 2002, I made the mistake of having liposuction to the tummy and flank area because I wasn't educated enough and, the PS wasn't skilled enough to tell me that I was a candidate for tummy tuck instead. 10 years foward and I'll be having my TT surgery August 7th, 2012. I'm a proud mother of 3 daughters - giving birth to two and one being my daughter through marriage so I only had two births but the last took a serious toll on my body. Many people tell me "you don't need that" " you look fine" "why spend your money?" first of all it's exactly that,,,,,my money and my body. I've hidden my stomach so well that no one really knows what I look like without clothing, spanks, holding the tummy in etc..... I'm so anxious and can't wait. I just hope that the results give me a good jump-start and better motivation on my goal to be more fit. Starting tomorrow I have to shower with Hibiclens soap. I've already started taking the Arnica and Bromelain three times a day. Tomorrow I'll start drinking Mix 1 all-natural protein shake for a better healing process. I continue to look at my tummy all day because I can't believe after all these years, finally my extra "pillow" will be cut off. The Surgery Center called me today telling me what time they need me at the facility and what time my surgery will be. I'll have to be there at 7AM,,,,I wonder if I'll get any sleep tonight,,,hmmmm. The only time I feel pain is when I'm getting out of bed, or off my couch, other than that the only time I was in tears was when I woke from the surgery. It feels as if I did 1000 reps on my Ab-Slider or something. My breast reduction brought me more pain than the tummy tuck which was totally unexpected.Today I see my PS and will get the chance to see my tummy for the first time. I"m SO nervous thinking I will hate, hate the scar but I'll try to think positive. If the tummy don't look too bad I'll post pics.Updated on 8 Aug 2012:Saw my tummy today and although it's very, very swollen I like the outcome. I'm hating the drains but I think they'll be in for almost two weeks.Updated on 13 Aug 2012:Today I'm 6 days post op and noticed the swelling went down just a little. The issue that I'm having is the swelling and wearing the uncomfortable spanx. I still wear the CG during the day and night. I'm now starting scar therapy but so far its dark in color.Updated on 25 Oct 2012:Almost 3 mos post op and very pleased.
