With this quote in mind, Jennifer has become an integral part of Elite MD. As one of Elite MD's first staff members, she has grown with the clinic since it first opened its doors in March of 2009. She loves meeting new patients and strives to ensure that each patient is extremely comfortable and taken care of while at Elite MD. Jennifer has been a key player in Elite MD's transition from paper medical files to our state-of-the-art Electronic Medical Record System, which creates a paperless environment for our patients. Well known by patients and staff members alike for her warm personality, patients are guaranteed to recognize her after being greeted by her big smile as they enter the facility.  

She is a big advocate for Autism Speaks and giving back to others. Jennifer was born and raised in Lafayette, Ca, and enjoys spending time with her family, wakeboarding, snowboarding, and spending her quality time with girlfriends and her fiancee.

Shannon Rose - Medical Assistant - Plastic Surgery

Shannon has been in the medical field for nearly a decade, extensively in the specialty of dermatology. Currently working alongside Dr. Bansal as Elite MD's Plastic Surgery Medical Assistant, Shannon considers her time with Dr. Sonia and Dr. Bansal as her greatest work experience yet.

Although a certified Medical Assistant, Shannon is never satisfied in her pursuit of providing the ultimate in patient care. In that spirit, she has amazingly completed her first year of her licensed vocational nursing program, while working at Elite MD. It is her desire to become a registered nurse and increase the quality of care she can provide her patients her at Elite MD.  

Shannon brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and support to her patients, and considers it very important that each patient leave her side with a smile on her facing knowing she has done her job. Shannon has lived in Contra Costa County her whole life and loves spending time with her 9 years old son, hanging out with the family and her close friends, and occasionally kicking her heels up...

Candyce Castillo - Patient Care Coordinator

Candy has over thirty years of medical administrative & medical sales experience, in the fields of both Plastic Surgery and Ophthalmology. This experience has given Candy the ability to provide our patients with a pleasant, private, and comfortable process for their surgeries and time with Elite MD. As Patient Coordinator for Elite MD, Candy's primary duties are to assist our patients with all the details of scheduling their surgeries. She works together to incorporate this significant event into their busy lifestyles. Candy will provide suggestions and answers to prepare our patients for their surgeries. Since questions inevitably arise about other treatments and procedures for which Dr. Bansal & Dr. Sonia are expert or which are offered at Elite MD, Candy's understanding of those allow her to be a complete resource and focus on our patients' needs for information.

Sarah Hall - Clinical Aesthetician

Sarah Hall specialized in clinical aesthetic services and has a wide variety of training including: Microdermabrasion, Clinical Peels, Facials, Body Contouring, and Waxing Services. Sarah recently moved from the Sacramento where she worked for the Laser and Skin Surgery Center of Northern California with five Board Certified Dermatologists. Sarah's expertise is maintaining laser resurfacing procedures in which she used power peels and microdermabrasion to help patients reach optimal results. Sarah prides herself in working closely with her patients to create an at home skincare regimen and educating patients on products that will help them achieve their skin care goals. Sarah is very skilled with Acne treatment, as well as pigmentation and anti-aging procedures. Sarah also enjoys make-up application, especially camouflaging post op procedures to cover redness and bruising to help patients through their recovery.

Sarah enjoys wakeboarding, jet skiing, back packing....and anything outdoors!
